In September 2000, he was appointed at the temporary post of Vice-Mayor of Guiyang City. In February 2002, he was appointed Secretary of CPC Leadership Group of Guizhou Trade Cooperation Department. He currently holds the position of Secretary of CPC Leadership Group of Guizhou Commerce Department, and Director-General of it.

Vice Director-General Liu Xiaodong

He graduated from Sichuan University in 1982. In December 1996, he was appointed Vice Director-General of Guizhou Foreign Economic and Trade Department, and the member of CPC Leadership Group of it. He currently holds the position of Vice-secretary of CPC Leadership Group of Guizhou Commerce Department, and Vice Director-General of it.

He graduated from Guizhou Provincial Party Committee School. From October 1984, he began to work in Guizhou Biz Department. In November 1996, he was appointed the member of CPC Leadership Group of GBD, and the organ CPC Secretary of it. He currently holds the position of the member of CPC Leadership Group of Guizhou Commerce Department, and Vice Director-General of it.

Doctor of economics, Senior Economist. From July 1992, he successively worked in the 708 Institute Affiliated to The Ministry of Spaceflight, the Head Office Of China Bank, and China Bank of Import & Export. In February 2002, he was appointed the member of CPC Leadership Group of Guizhou Trade Cooperation Department, and Vice Director-General of it. He currently holds the position of the member of CPC Leadership Group of Guizhou Commerce Department, and Vice Director-General of it.

Chief Economist Sun Dengfeng

He graduated from Jiangxi Finance and Economics University. From July 1987, he began to work in Guizhou Foreign Economic and Trade Department. In February 2002, he was appointed the member of CPC Leadership Group of Guizhou Trade Cooperation Department, and Chief Economist of it. He currently holds the position of the member of CPC Leadership Group of Guizhou Commerce Department, and Chief Economist of it. In June 2004, he went Japan to study.
